A brief history on Turkish Textiles:
Busra was the hub for the Ottoman Empire’s textile market, and all textile manufacture and sales was controlled by the empire’s treasury, which belonged to the sultan (king) and royal family. 

Weaving materials in traditional Turkish handicrafts consist of wool, mohair, cotton, bristles and silk. Various designs known by different names, such as motif, im, yanis and nakis were used in Turkish textiles.

A part of the Turki Collection, featured Sa desenli (which means paislee in Turkish) in black, is a rich jacquard cushion which adds warmth, heritage and lux to the interiors.
