Picasso inspired, this line drawing in ink is a black and white rendition of the famous master’s artwork, titled, The Dream
Portraying his young mistress, Marie-Therese Walter. The original coloured painting is said to have been painted in one single afternoon, in 1932. It belongs to Picasso’s period of distorted depictions, with it’s oversimplified outlines resembling early Fauvism.
